paid by personal or business check will be shipped after funds

Gena Conti's hats are made to order, one at a time, with the same
attention to detail as shown our custom orders. Orders generally
ship within 4 - 8 weeks.

Please measure your head
size carefully. Due to the nature of our custom business,
millinery is not-returnable.Refunds
are not available.
SHIPPING expenses are the buyer's responsibility.

A minimum of 50% non-refundable
deposit is required on ALL custom orders.
Balance is due in full, prior to shipping.
Check your headsize carefully. Due to the nature of our business,
creating custom and one-of-a-kind hats and headpieces, Millinery
is not-returnable or refundable.
Custom hats unclaimed 30 days following agreed "due/completion"
date will be returned to inventory. Please speak with Rita in
our office if you need to make additional/special arrangements.
