Gena Conti's hats are made to order, one at a time, with the same attention to detail as shown our custom orders. Orders generally ship within 4 - 8 weeks. Please measure your head size carefully. Due to the nature of our custom business, Millinery is returnable for size alteration only. Return shipping expenses are the buyer's responsibility.

50% non-refundable deposit is required on ALL custom orders.
Balance is due in full, prior to shipping.
Custom hats unclaimed 30 days following agreed "due/completion" date will be returned to inventory. Please speak with Rita in our office if you need to make additional/special arrangements.
