Made from fine parisisal straw, sculpted into a unique and stunning (if we do say so, ourselves) rose-like shape. Accented with a cascade of matching red feather roses and deep emerald green feather leaves. Sultry, red veiling swoops around the front of this charming cocktail hat. Inviting and alluring ...
