Made from black velour felt. Trimmed with ruched deep red Dupion silk. Topped with hand done red chenille dotted Russian veiling. Although this hat is 22" - 22 1/2" fit, it is worn high atop the head --- cocktail hat and is therefore suiited to almost any head size.
